One combination DJ/Master of Ceremonies for the duration of your reception (cocktail hour plus reception), for up to five hours of performance. This price also includes lighting effects. Includes an in-person reception planning meeting, plus unlimited phone and e-mail consultations. It is our policy to book only one wedding reception per day so that we will never be in a rush to leave. Performance time beyond five hours is at the rate of $150 per hour. Wedding Reception with Tag Team DJ and MC = $1,200 A second professional DJ/MC is added, allowing the MC to interact with guests and add an additional level of excitement. Ambient's tag teams are experienced in working with one another, and can take your party to the next level! Optional add-ons are listed below: Options > Video Slideshow on Big Screen = $200 If desiring this option, we will bring along a 90 inch portable screen and 2,300 lumens projector, to play your love story set to music (this is typically prepared by a photographic expert or by you). Ambient is also available to prepare a 5-7 minute photo presentation set to music, with transition effects for $250 (this includes two hard copy DVDs as keepsakes with cover art). . Wedding Ceremony Music = $200 (for onsite at reception site only) Ambient can provide music for your wedding ceremony itself. This includes playing music as guests arrive, for the processional, during the ceremony (e.g., candlelighting) and for the recessional. The officiant is also welcome to use our wireless mic and/or microphone stand. In cases where we are playing in two or three zones of a banquet facility, an assistant will help to ensure smooth transitions from area to area. An assistant also helps with lighting and video presentations. For certain venues, primarily in Manhattan and Philadelphia, an Assistant is required for security/logistical purposes. Ask us about "Uplighting" - a new option for 2010! Payment Terms: We require a $200 deposit to reserve your special day. The balance is due on the date of the reception.
