Ambient DJ Service

1) Formal and Semiformal Events (*):

Sweet 16 Parties = $500 (four hours) with $100 deposit required.  This Sweet 16 package includes one combination DJ/MC, lighting effects and preparation of music for the candlelighting ceremony. Additional hours past four hours can be added for $100 per hour.

 

Ambient's Super Sweet 16 package includes a DJ and MC tag team (2 professionals), a deluxe lighting show, music video mixing, ambient uplighting, and giveaways such glow necklaces/rings.  $1,200.

 

Corporate Functions = $150 per hour, with a four hour minimum.

2) Family Gatherings (*):
Private Parties, such as birthday parties, graduations, anniversary parties, block parties, engagement parties, First Communions, Baptisms - $375 for a four hour party.  We typically request a $100 deposit, with the balance due the date of the party.

 

Music Video Mixing and Video Slideshows:
Videos are not included in the prices above.   For an additional $150, we will add music videos to your show, played on a 90 inch screen with a bright 2,300 lumens projector.  With over 5,000 music videos in our collection, selections range from vintage 80s to contemporary hits.   You can also create a video slide show to be viewed on the big screen!  These tend to be very well received, with nostalgia running high.  For sample list of videos, Click Here »

"Miami Vice 80s Party" - Our DJs will dress as Crockett and Tubbs, respectively, and spin 80s dance tunes and videos/movies on a 90 inch screen.  $700 for four hour party.

 

"Slamming Video Dance Party" -  A South-Beach style DJ booth will be surrounded on both sides by 90 inch screens projecting the hottest music videos and custom slides related to the party celebrant.  Includes enhanced audio system with nasty subwoofer for low-end punch!  $1,000 for four hour party.

 

"Black Light Party" - For an additional $150, Ambient will bring a high powered black light cannon and provide glow stick necklaces for up to 100 guests - +$150.

 

Party Favors:
Party favors are not included in the prices above.  We have access to quality, low cost party supplies for your party that we can pre-order and provide to you.  This is a more affordable route than paying retail at a party goods superstore.  Popular favors include glow sticks, glow bracelets, hats, maracas, YMCA uniforms, beads, leis, sunglasses and more! 

 

Bar/Club/Karoake engagements:
Please contact us.  In addition to providing disc jockey (DJ), video disc jockey (VJ) and karaoke DJ (KJ) services, we can also help in promoting your events.  Ambient DJ Service has provided nightclub entertainment to venues such as Tavern on the Lake, the Americana Lounge, Kenji's Asian Fusion Grill, City Streets, Brewsters Bar & Grill, and the Red Oak Diner.

 

Charitable events:
Ambient believes in discounting/donating our time and talent to the community.  Please contact us with information about your event.

Special Projects (including custom mix CDs):
Samples of past projects include burning pre-mixed dance sets for destination weddings to the Caribbean, and a dance routine for a junior cheerleading squad.  Rates will vary according to the scope of the project and timing needs.  Ambient DJ also provides lessons to aspiring disc jockeys.  Please contact us for details.
