While some DJ companies employ a formulaic approach to wedding entertainment, we approach each event as a custom experience - both in terms of the music and entertainment style. Behind each successful wedding reception is a well-executed music mix that tells a story - your story.
The success of your event starts with the planning. All wedding clients are offered an in-person planning consultation with their DJ. For those couples who reside out-of-state, this meeting can be scheduled around your visits back home; or alternatively be held through phone or video conference. Ambient DJ offers a combination of paper and online forms to make the planning of your special celebration a stress-free experience!
At the reception, clear, professional announcements are made to introduce the entourage, followed by your first dance together as husband and wife. During appetizer and dinner courses, we typically program atmospheric selections, with volume at a comfortable level so that guests can enjoy their conversation. The dancing kicks in prior to dinner, with the heaviest dancefloor action to follow after the main course is complete. Incorporate romance into your magical evening by programming a few classic or modern ballads for guests of all ages to enjoy.
We offer three popular wedding packages for every budget, and optional extras including ambient uplighting, custom monograms, PhotoBooths and party percussionists.
Ambient DJ Service is a consecutive year winner of the WeddingWire "Bride's Choice Award" that is determined by feedback from past wedding clients and reserved for the top 5% rated vendors nationally.
